Eli’s Edible Microgreens LLC is rooted in the heart of the Lowcountry, located in Colleton County. Specializing in fresh microgreens that are grown without pesticides in a controlled environment. Our microgreens are packed with intense flavors and powerful nutrition, which includes vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. Eli’s Microgreens are grown to order to provide you and your family optimal nutrition and peak flavors at harvest time. Add them to every meal you eat, breakfast, lunch and dinner, from soups and salad, sandwiches and wraps, tacos, pizza, and burgers to stir fries, eggs, omelets even top off your grilled steak with our delicious microgreens. Everything that I offer to my community is fresh, top quality produce that I use to feed my family!
……….Now the background story for “Eli’s Edible Microgreens LLC”. My name is Wendy and I have had the honor and privilege to own and love two Boykin Spaniels! Eli and Riggins, Eli passed away in 2024, he was 13 years old. Eli loved to run wide open when he was hunting and retrieving. His strength and agility was amazing. Riggins is still here with me running, hunting and living his best life. I recently was diagnosed with a health condition that requires me to watch my diet and make better food choices. Upon doing my research and thinking about how to accomplish this I was inspired to share my journey with microgreens. As it turns out, it is a work in progress. I invite you to come along for the ride. My hope for this business is to help educate and inform family and friends of a healthy option to add to all your meals and snacks. Microgreens can add up to 40 times more nutrients to your meals than the average vegetables. They can give you added energy and assist with making you the healthiest you can be! Plus we all deserve to have the energy and agility of a Boykin!
